One of the popular forms are Suryanamaskar which includes 12 asanas. When it is done along with other asanas and pranayama, it is good for overall well being.

3. Meditation|

Meditation is a practice which uses techniques like mindfulness or focussing  mind on a particular object, thought or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. It may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception and self-awareness. This can be instrumental in managing Vitiligo or any condition.

You can enroll at any nearby meditation centre or follow simple steps through online self-help videos.

There has been proven advantages to those who followed the above ritual religiously in Vitiligo management in particular, and overall well-being in general. Some of our Support Network members have found it beneficial in Vitiligo management.
