I was diagnosed of white patches (Leucoderma/Vitiligo) at 6yrs of age. My parents were worried. We went to many doctors and tried many medications. My patches went on spreading. I faced stigma at my neighbourhood. On the other hand, my parents, teachers, classmates & colleagues at workplace have been supportive. When to finding a life partner I faced many rejections. I found my husband through a general matrimonial website. He doesn’t have Vitiligo and is very supportive. We are blessed with a 4 yr old adorable boy child. Touchwood.
